Important Responsibilities
- Employee Guidance and Coaching:
Guide and coach employees to deliver top-notch service to BMO customers. - Customer Needs Assessment:
Understand customer needs to provide sales and service that benefit them. - Financial Advice:
Advise customers on products and strategies to meet their financial goals. - Referrals:
Identify and refer customers to other business groups within the bank. - Sales and Service Support:
Support sales and service activities to meet strategic goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Loan Origination (U.S. Only)
- Act as an originator of consumer loans as defined by various regulations, including Regulation Z and the S.A.F.E. Act.
- Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry is required.
- A criminal background check and credit history evaluation are necessary.

Sales and Customer Relationship

Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and achieve customer retention. - Sales Activities:
Conduct sales calls and establish a referral network. - Customer Engagement:
Understand customer needs and provide strategic advice. - Cold Calling:
Conduct cold calls to develop new customer relationships. - Community Networking:
Build a network in the community to enhance the bank’s visibility. - Customer Issues:
Resolve customer issues using knowledge of bank services.
Operational Responsibilities
- Business Planning:
Build and implement the branch business plan. - Stakeholder Alignment:
Ensure alignment between stakeholders. - Sales and Service Performance:
Monitor performance and implement action plans to close gaps. - Strategic Problem Solving:
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations. - Communication:
Communicate goals and plans to achieve financial and customer service targets.
Qualifications REQUIRED
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Supervisory or __ management experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- Advanced knowledge of market trends and product offerings.
- Working knowledge of branch operational processes, technologies, and applicable regulations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
- Pay Range: $56,000 – $104,000 __ per year
- Pay Type: Salaried
