Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Channel Analyst, you will:

  • Research, plan, develop, and implement projects with Agile teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and may work on multiple Agile teams.
  • Perform integration testing and assist with Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Understand and apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
  • Act as a liaison between Product Management, Production Support, IT, and Agile teams.

Primary Tasks

  • Validate system performance and identify bugs.
  • Prepare functional, system, and program requirements.
  • Evaluate system defects and manage work prioritization.
  • Write user stories for team backlogs.
  • Perform QA and integration testing.
  • Update system documentation as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience, or a High School diploma/GED and seven years of experience.
  • Ability to provide on-call support as needed.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
  • SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification.
  • Experience in banking or financial services.
  • Application support and troubleshooting experience.

Location

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building. Primary locations include Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not provided.

  • Median: $102,340.00 USD
