Main Responsibilities

  1. Client Transactions: Efficiently complete client transactions while maintaining accurate records.
  2. Customer Service: Provide excellent service by understanding and addressing clients’ financial needs.
  3. Digital Banking: Educate clients on using ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking for easier service.
  4. Sales Support: Participate in client outreach through outbound calls and identify client needs.
  5. Relationship Management: Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
  6. Ongoing Learning: Attend sales, service, and product knowledge meetings and training.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
  8. Account Openings: Assist with new account openings and problem resolution.

Qualifications

Required

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
  • 2 years in teller or cash handling or client service
  • 6 months in client relationship building or sales
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and basic computer applications like Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours

Preferred

  • 1 year in client relationship building or sales
  • Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management, and loss prevention
  • Experience in sourcing new clients
  • General understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures
