Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Oversight

To Manage opening and closing procedures.
Oversee computerized banking systems and Monitor daily processes.

Compliance and Security

Ensure adherence to bank policies and Shariah compliance standards.
Maintain security in daily operations.

Customer Service Management

Address customer queries and issues promptly.
Ensure consistent service standards.

Staff Supervision

Direct workflow among administrative and operational staff.
Ensure efficient branch operations.

Transaction Processing

Supervise data processing activities.
Ensure accurate execution of inter-branch transactions and account reconciliations.

Account Management

Oversee account opening processes.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards and Shariah principles.

Reporting and Budgeting

Prepare daily transaction vouchers and compile statements of affairs.
Assist in developing and monitoring the branch annual budget.

Audit and Compliance

Address Diarized Audit Findings (DAF) and audit-related observations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

ATM and Security Management

Monitor branch security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
Oversee ATM operations and cash management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5+ years in banking, with 3+ years in core branch operations
Skills: Compliance, Banking Operations, Customer Service Management
Proficiency: MS Office applications
Preferred Background: Islamic Banking or relevant certifications
